Requirements:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2- 3 year experience in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal English (required) and German (required)
- Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles

Responsibilities:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or relevant field
- Longer work experience (4 years or more)
- Previous experience in importing goods from China
- Previous experience in the power and/or energy industries
- Familiarity with trade finance

We are looking for a driven and experienced logistics specialist who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes.
Responsibilities:
- Primary activities
O Arrange, plan, and manage both inbound and outgoing deliveries including follow- Up control
O Select carriers and negotiate contracts plus rates
O Prepare packages and documents for shipment
O Organize warehousing, plot routes, and process shipments
O Ensure quantity and condition of goods at all stages of supply chain
O Maintain integrity and accuracy of inventory and manage stock movements
O Evaluate budgets and expenditures
- Secondary activities
O Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
O Respond to any issues or complaints
O Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers
O Ensure compliance to applicable laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements
O Seek to develop own capabilities and skills based on feedback and project needs
O Work with the team to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations
